Our first video webinar, the event, sponsored by IFF and Cargill, features information on how the dairy industry is ideally positioned, due to the versatility and range of products, to work with producers of novel ingredients to deliver real innovation.

We look at what companies can do to incorporate new ingredients and combinations of ingredients to offer products that tap in to consumers’ interest in products with health claims or other added benefits.

Presented by DairyReporter editor Jim Cornall, the webinar features three experts in the field.

Margaret Butler, has worked for more than 16 years in the Irish Dairy Industry and joined Bord Bia (The Irish Food Board) in 2019, as sector manager for dairy ingredients.

With a thorough understanding of the dairy industry coupled with an analytical disposition, Butler champions the commercial success of Irish dairy.

Shannon Coco is the strategic marketing director for Food North America at Kerry.

In her role, she drives business growth by developing insight-led strategies for technology innovation, new product creation, and commercial activation through best-in-class integrated marketing activities.

Prior to Kerry, Shannon held roles in the higher-education industry in New England and Ireland, where she honed her skills as a collaborative leader and became an advocate for workplace equality. Shannon’s professional passion is rooted in her drive to understand consumer behavior, create market opportunities, and nurture a high performing team.
