“House of the Dragon,” episode 4 -- “King of the Narrow Sea” -- will be available Sunday, Sept. 11 at 9 p.m. Eastern. The new series takes place nearly 200 years before “Game of Thrones.”

“House of the Dragon” follows the lives and internal battles of House Targaryen and its dragons. New episodes drop on Sunday nights, for a total of 10 shows.
The show centers on the ancestors of just one house or family from “Game of Thrones.” These will explain how the last of the Targaryens, Daenerys became such a compelling character in “Game of Thrones.”
Both “Game of Thrones” and “House of the Dragon” are based on the “A Song of Ice and Fire” books by George R. R. Martin.
